World top class AI based Human Robot 'AMI' and 'CAIR-2' exhibited in Korea National Science Museum as most advanced Korean robots

Human Robot

  • Human Robot Project (1999~now)

    The size of the robot market is bigger than 8 billion dollars. We expect that it will become as big as that of the automobile market or the computer market. Also, robots will be used for our basic lives, such as cooking, cleaning, so on. Therefore, we are developing the humanoid robot, which has as similar shape, movement, intelligent, emotion as men have, and we will show it can contribute to the factory automation and the human welfare.

    • PC based Mobile Robot named 'Soondori' (1998~1999)

      It has 5 sonar sensors. 1 CCD camera and pentium-90 processor.

    Legged Robot

    • 6-Legged Robot (1994~1995) is able to walk on rough ground and avoid obstacles

      It has 2 87C51FA at 12Mhz, 12Servo-motors, 1ultra, and 8infra-led sensors.
      It can avoid obstacles and follow other insect robots.

    Insect Robot

    • Insect Robot (1997) is a part of Artificial Life

      It has 3 infra-led sensors. It can avoid obstacles and follow other insect robots.
